Principle Development Advisor; Owner
Todd Campbell
Todd has worked on energy, rural, and agriculture policy and issue advocacy for the past 20 years with a goal of improving the quality of life through economic development. He is formerly Senior Policy Advisor for Energy and the Bioeconomy at the United States Department of Agriculture in the Office of the Secretary and Chief of Staff for the Rural Development mission area, where he served as a member of the Bioeconomy Council Coordination Committee, USDA Science Council, USDA Climate Hub Executive Committee, Operations Committee for the Biomass Research and Development Board. He has led work on commercial biofuel initiatives through development of the Farm to Fly program and the Biogas Opportunities Roadmap in partnership with the Innovation Center for U.S. Dairy. He is experienced steering integrated demonstration unit campaigns, doing complex feasibility analysis for all aspects of biobased manufacturing and renewable energy projects, and generating economic impact studies for regional economic development. Todd grew up in a small town in Western Iowa, and now raises his three boys with his wife on their farm in Vermont.

Peter Schweigert, PhD
Peter has honed his writing, editing, and project management skills through his time both in academia and the private sector. With a PhD from the University of California, Irvine and years of successful experience developing grant applications and other development work in the bioeconomy sector, he is uniquely situated to help frame your project for success. He lives with his family in Vermont.

Molly Willard
Molly grew up in Vermont and is a seasoned project manager, consultant and strategic planner. My focus has been collaborative community and economic development program implementation across all sectors with an expertise in natural resource management. I founded my passion in supporting Vermont communities for future generations through education, economic sustainability, planning and implementation and apply this passion and skills to other regions and communities.
